Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW), Moccasin Creek Hatchery (MCH): labor, materials, tools, equipment, taxes, and incidentals necessary for servicing and repair of eight (8) state-owned HVAC units, one (1) walk-in freezer/refrigerator, one (1) ice maker, and plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. All repair work will ensure that the equipment continues to function properly and safely.
