Demolition of existing Early Education Center (EEC); Podium Level landscaping, including trees, planters, lawns, soils, etc.; lighting; drains and drain lines; existing waterproofing; etc., and replacement/addition of waterproofing; expansion joints; lighting; drains and drain lines; structural repairs; new soils; landscaping; complete as indicated on the plans and as specified herein. 3. Provide all required work as indicated on the plans and as specified herein. 4. Other related miscellaneous and appurtenant work, including restoration work, required to complete the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications
