SCOPE OF WORK: The work generally consists of the following: The work generally consists of the replacement of entire fire alarm system to include but not limited to equipment, wiring, cabling, and panels System Description: This work includes designing and providing a new, complete, addressable programmable voice evacuation fire alarm system as described herein and on the contract drawings for Kaewai Elementary School. A main fire alarm control panel is indicated at Building J with networked fire alarm control panels at Buildings D, E, F, G, and H. The system shall include all wiring, raceways, pull boxes, terminal cabinets, outlet and mounting boxes, control equipment, alarm, and supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm notification appliances, and all other accessories and miscellaneous items required for a complete operating system even though each item is not specifically mentioned or described. The system layout on the drawings is conceptual. Equipment, materials, installation, workmanship, inspection, and testing shall be in strict accordance with the required and advisory provisions of NFPA 72.
