A Sept. 27 Facebook post calling for minority and/or women-owned business enterprise partners links Dallas-based Spring Valley Construction to the development. According to city documents, the developer looks to build 364 units at 2770 Bethurum Ave. in Dallas. The community will feature one- and two-bedroom apartments, and 327 units will be designated to households for earning between 51% to 60% of the area median income level. The remaining homes will be designated as public housing units. The meeting is scheduled for noon Dec. 10 at the nonprofit's Alphonso R. Jackson headquarters at 3939 N.
