In general, the Work consists of furnishing and installing a new natural gas generator to replace the existing standby generator at Owner's Water Well No. 4. Work under this Contract may consist of, but are not necessarily limited to, the following tasks: 1. Remove the existing natural gas generator and enclosure. 2. Furnish and install a new Standby Natural Gas Engine Generator Set Rated 550 kW, and all other necessary items for a complete and properly operating system as described in the Specifications. Complete in place. 1.03 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES A. Contractor shall have complete and exclusive use of the premises for the performance of the Work. B. Contractor shall limit the use of the premises for its Work and for storage to allow for: 1. Work by other contractors. 2. Owner occupancy 3. Public use. C. Coordinate use of premises with Owner. D. Contractor shall assume full responsibility for security of all his/her and his/her subcontractors' materials and equipment stored on the site. E. If directed by the Owner or Engineer, move any stored items which interfere with operations of Owner or other contractors. F. Obtain and pay for use of additional storage or work areas if needed to perform the Work.
