Project consists of replacement of existing combination boiler/domestic hot water systems with new including combination boiler/domestic water heaters, pumps, expansion tanks, zone controllers, and accessories. Replacement of existing venting and combustion air piping up existing chimney. Reworking of the existing natural gas piping infrastructure. Tenant apartment zone control replacement. Overall project electrical support to disconnect and reconnect new materials as required.
