Renovation of a water / sewer project in Springfield, Massachusetts. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of July 22, 2024 no bids received for this project. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. Replace Boiler Exhaust Vents at 71 Colton Street Office Building. A. Replace exhaust vents for three boilers in basement of office building at 71 Colton Street, Springfield MA. 1. Approximately 20' of 10" Exhaust Duct, Approximately 25' of 10" Exhaust Duct, and Approximately 20' of 5" Exhaust Duct. 2. Boilers are two Lochinvar Model CHN751, 750,000 btu/hr input natural gas boilers, one Lochinvar Model EWN150PM, 150,000 btu/hr input natural gas boiler. 3. Boiler vents to be run individually horizontally and vertically to leave basement and exit through side of building. 4. Use Metal-Fab Model M Type B Gas Vent (or approved equal) and appropriate vent cap. Support vents every 5' 5. Includes any sheet metal and flashing at exterior of building. Includes disposal of existing vents. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
