The TOWN OF WARWICK is requesting bids for the draining, dewatering, transportation and disposal of sludge from Pond 2 of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The method of disposing of the dehydrated sludge must be one of the following choices: By sanitary burial in a site authorized by the MELCCFP; By composting in a site authorized by the MELCCFP; By agricultural valorization having been the subject of authorization from government authorities. Any request for information must be sent in writing to the design engineer, Mr. Gino-Karl Marcil at the following email: gino-karl.marcil@exp. com . All bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the bid including taxes, in the form of a bid bond or a certified check. The Town of Warwick does not undertake to accept the lowest or any bid received or incur any costs or obligations of any kind to the bidder(s).
