**As of June 26, 2024, project was awarded to Husar Abatement Ltd but awarded amount is not available.** Asbestos Abatement at Grant Elementary School District Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond from a company with an A-1 best rating, in the amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid and made payable to the Bellwood School District #88, 640 Eastern Ave., Bellwood, IL 60401. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Owner. Checks or drafts of unsuccessful bidders will be returned as soon as possible as practicable after opening and checking the bids. Successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in the full amount of the Contract, acceptable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding.
