Replacement project, a phased approach, to replace the low-sloped roofing system
(approx.. 280,000SF), with an estimated cost of $27,700,000 located at 415 Summer
Street. Boston, MA. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149,
sections 44A thru 44J, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent General
