As per the Owner the project has been rejected. Project Control No. 1900066 Federal/State No. 1900066 Location Bridge Replacement 064-31-10475 Precast Reinforced Concrete 3-sided Structure Harrison County - on Sr 64 Over Branch Blue River, 0.11 Mile East of Sr 337 (Rp 090+0009) Completion Date: September 26, 2026 DBE Goal: 7.00 Qualifications: C(B) D(A) 0260 All Bidders Must Be Prequalified and Have Proper Qualifications and Bidding Capacity. An Executed Bid Bond Shall Be Included With All Bids. Only Electronic Bid Bonds Submitted Through the Designated Electronic Medium, Either Surety2000 or Tinubu Surety Solution, Will Be Accepted With the Bid. A Fully Executed Performance Bond Shall Be Included With All Bids, Except on Contracts for Roadside Mowing, Vegetation Control, Demolition, Landscaping, Fencing, Seeding and Sodding, Bridge Painting, and Guardrail Installations of $100,000 or Less, When the Bidder May Elect Not to Furnish a Performance Bond. Electronically Does Not Support Submittal of the Performance Bond. The Performance Bond Must Be Submitted to the Construction Letting Email Inbox or Be Delivered on Paper by the Time Set for Receipt of Proposal Bids. Each Contractor That Submits a Proposal Bid in the Amount of $150,000 or More for Highway Improvements Described in This Notice is Required to Submit With That Bid a Written Plan for a Program to Test the Contractor's Employees for Drugs. The Plan Shall Be in Compliance With Indiana Code 4-13-18. The Plan Must Be Submitted to the Construction Letting Email Inbox or Deposited With the Indot Engineer by the Time Set for Receipt of Proposal Bids. INDOT - Call 441 - Bridge Replacement - SR 64 Contractors shall submit contract specific questions by completing the Question Form accessed from http://entapps.indot.in.gov/cqa/ The Department will attempt to have an answer on-line within two business days. Contract specific questions asked by any other method will not be answered by the Department. Retrieve the Question and Answer Form for a specific contract by going online in the same manner you retrieve Contract Information Books and Plans. http://erms.indot.in.gov/viewdocs/ will display the interface used for selection of contract letting documents.
