Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Ramsey, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Work shall include: Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) of 30" HDPE, DR 7 water main below the Blue River at Breden's Bridge and below Dry Run Branch of the Blue River on State Road 62 west of mile marker 109. The project will include directional drilling runs of approximately 590 feet of main below Blue River and 790 feet of main below Dry Run Branch; concrete restraining collars, reducers, plugs, other appurtenances, hydrostatic testing and restoration of work sites, herein referred to as the Project. Work shall be constructed under a Unit Price Contract. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Set-asides: 7% MBE, 5% WBE. Doc note - A complete hard copy set of bidding documents is available for $200.
