The County is soliciting bids for the provision of Abatement Services. The purpose of the Invitation for Bids is to establish availability and pricing for the services listed herewithin. Once service rates and agreements have been established with vendors for the described services, the Code Enforcement Division will determine availability/serviceability of the vendor for each job and in each location prior to assignment of the job. The resulting Agreement shall be for a one-year term. Contract pricing shall remain firm for each twelve (12) month period. The County is soliciting bids for the provision of Abatement Services. Owner Rights: The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the items bid and waive any minor irregularities. The County may make such investigations as it deems necessary to determine the ability of the bidder to perform the work, and the bidder shall furnish to the County all such information and data for this purpose as the County may request. The County reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such bidder fails to satisfy the County that such bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the prospective contract and/or to complete the work proposed herein.
