The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is seeking bids for Millwright contractors to provide full maintenance, analysis and repairs services associated with the Meadowlands Complex Pump Station. The location is the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority NJSEA Pump Station, East Rutherford, NJ. Any firm participating must meet the outlined requirements in the bid documents and must submit all questions and concerns by Friday, May 31, 2024 at 2:00 PM. In accordance with Public Law 2004, c.57, the NJSEA may only enter into contracts with Bidders who provide proof of valid business registration with the Division of Revenue in the Department of Treasury, of the State of New Jersey. Such proof must be submitted concurrently with the bid. NJSEA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and, so far as permitted by law, to waive any irregularity or informality with respect to any bid. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re-solicit bids.
