Bridge Repairs The New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority (NJSEA) is seeking bids for a contractor experienced in various bridge repairs for the bridges over State Route 120, NJ#4900-001, NJ#4900-002, and NJ#4900-003. The location is the New Jersey Sports & Exposition Authority NJSEA Meadowlands Sports Complex as specified in the bid. The term of this contract is for a one hundred and eighty (180) day period. All firms who attend the bid walk must submit all questions and concerns by Tuesday, April 1st, 2025 at 3:00 PM. In accordance with Public Law 2004, c.57, the NJSEA may only enter into contracts with Bidders who provide proof of valid business registration with the Division of Revenue in the Department of Treasury, of the State of New Jersey. Such proof must be submitted concurrently with the bid. NJSEA reserves the right to reject any and all bids and, so far as permitted by law, to waive any irregularity or informality with respect to any bid. The NJSEA further reserves the right to make such investigations as it deems necessary as to the qualifications of any and all firms submitting bids. In the event that all bids are rejected, the NJSEA reserves the right to re-solicit bids.
