Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Little Egg Harbor Twp, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
** As of 04/17/2025 project has been awarded to Earle Asphalt for Improvements with an awarded amount of $516,213.13.** The scope of Work contemplated for the abovenamed Project includes roadway milling, grading, and paving; storm drainage improvements; driveway apron reconstruction; SESC; roadway striping; and yard restoration as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 60 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Also, Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of Township of Little Egg Harbor for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required. The Township of Little Egg Harbor reserves the right to reject any and all Bid Packets to the extent permitted by law.
