Reference Number 0000380231 The purpose of this proposal is to state and define the terms and conditions under which the Contractor shall provide full comprehensive maintenance and repair services for the vertical transportation systems identified. Purchase Type Duration: 2 years Question Deadline 04/03/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bid and Proposal requests herein are solicited through a fair and open process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The vendor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment.
