The Morris County Park Commission (the Park Commission) is seeking a statement of qualifications and proposed rates to provide Professional Land Surveying Services at various locations throughout the Morris County park system. The Park Commission requests proposals and statements of qualifications, experience, and references from individuals and firms qualified to provide Professional Land Surveying Services for a variety of County parks, in order to create a pool to be requested on an as-needed basis. Delivery Point Morris County Park Commission, Administration Building, 300 Mendham Road, P.O. Box 1295, Morristown, New Jersey, 07960-1295. The Park Commission may select up to four (4) firms to provide general land survey tasks in accordance with New Jersey state statutes and codes for a one (1) year term discipline that deals with land surveying services for locations requested by the Morris County Park Commission. Surveys may be for locations, boundary surveys for land acquisition or other purposes such as site development plans, environmental assessments, capital project construction sites, and other projects as needed. Prospective Consultants are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Those wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the qualification acceptance opening. No qualifications shall be accepted after the designated time. Prospective Consultants are not required to attend the qualifications opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices. Qualification review will not take place at the opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available.
