The work of this contract includes the provision of all materials, labour and equipment necessary to complete the Roof Replacement at Caudle Park Elementary, to remove the existing Roof and materials in areas as noted on the drawings and specifications prepared by FBM Architecture. If HRCE considers that correction, explanation or interpretation is necessary, an addendum will be posted on the HRCE website. Addenda will be issued no less than three (3) business days before the RFP closing date and will form part of the Contract Documents.
