This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Build Nova Scotia ("BNS") on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources and Renewables ("DNRR", also "Owner") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for the provision of Construction Services for Sackville Lakes Provincial Park Stormwater Drainage Upgrades, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The Sackville Lakes Provincial Park Stormwater Drainage Upgrades Project aims to implement necessary infrastructure improvements to address challenges resulting from an outdated stormwater system. With the design phase now complete, this invitation seeks a qualified Respondent to carry out the construction of the upgrades based on the attached design package.
