Halifax Water is seeking a contractor to perform a Confined Space Entry (CSE) retrofit of a Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Chamber located in the community of Lower Sackville, NS. Project Scope Retrofit of the Lennox PRV Chamber in Lower Sackville, NS. Includes: Removal/replacement of hatch, ladder, chamber wall. Electrical upgrades (breaker, conduits, SCADA wiring). New hatch cover, roof scuttle, entry alarm. Concrete wall and curb with insulation, waterproofing, copper flashing. Replacement of service entrance pedestal and cabinet with NEMA-rated enclosures. Site reinstatement (topsoil, sodding, asphalt, curbing).
