Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project entails the Electrical Service Upgrade at Ecole du Grand-Portage. Note that switchboard will be supplied separately by CSAP. Refer also to electrical drawings. This contractor is to take possession, store as required and install all per electrical drawings. Civil, mechanical and sprinkler scope of work is to be included. Architectural work (Noted as "BY GC" on mechanical and electrical drawings) is underway to ensure space is ready for this contractor to start work immediately upon award. Electrical Service Upgrade at École du Grand Portage, including: New electrical service entrance in a newly constructed main electrical room. Electrical distribution for future mechanical cooling system. Civil work for primary, secondary, and communication duct banks and pad-mounted transformer. Maintain existing electrical service until cutover to new system.
