Consulting services during the construction phases of the Senakw development. Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver ("City") of its intent to contract with Associated Engineering Ltd. ("AE") for consulting services to act as the City's representative during the construction phases of the Senakw development ("Development"). AE's focus would be on short- and long-term maintenance and asset management impacts, as well as overall structural and geotechnical impacts the Development may have on the Burrard Street Bridge ("Bridge"). AE will continue the consulting services given their detailed involvement and understanding of the Bridge and Development and given that these services would ensure continuity in the reviews already conducted by AE as part of pre-construction, construction phase 1, and other development submittals. The contract duration will be two (2) years with a possibility of extension by an additional one (1) year. AE will provide these services on a time-rates basis with an upset limit of approximately $300,000.
