This project consists of the following work in B-Bridge, C-Bridge, D-Bridge, and E-Bridge: 1. Provide all demolition and new work required to remove and replace the existing hydronic rooftop units serving the B-Bridge, C-Bridge, D-Bridge, and E-Bridge areas, including equipment curb modifications and hydronic piping repairs and modifications for installation of the new equipment. Installation shall include all required electrical upgrades and new work, heating and chilled water piping, and controls to provide a complete, properly functioning system. Equipment includes fans, airflow measuring stations, hydronic pre-heat coil, hydronic cooling coil, relief air discharge, outside air intake, bipolar ionization, and pre and final filters. 2. Controls implementation and integration in to the PHL Building Automation System Network will be required to provide monitoring and control from the PHL head end Graphical User Interface (GUI).
