The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, and taxes to conduct a sanitary sewer evaluation survey of service areas within the Town's wastewater collection system as described within the Contract Documents. The evaluation of the wastewater collection system shall include the examination of up to 16,900 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer pipe, along with associated manholes, wet well, and sewer service lateral connections in the identified areas. Further, evaluation scope shall include smoke testing, cleaning and televising of the gravity sewer lines and sewer service laterals, manhole and wet well inspections, report preparation, and submittal based on aforementioned televising and inspections. Construction of diesel back-up pump at Pump Station No. 2. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Sanitary Sewer Collection System & Pump Station No. 2 Rehabilitation, State Agreement No. LPA0705. Bid security must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. To be considered qualified, Bidder must be licensed to engage in the business of contracting in the State of Florida by the Construction Industry Licensing Board and must have successfully completed, as prime contractor, a minimum of 3 projects of a similar nature within the past 5 years, each having a minimum contract value of $300,000, with at least one project having a contract value in excess of $500,000.
