Site work and renovation of a civil project in Smithfield, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Johnston County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Any work or equipment beyond the scope of this proposal will be performed or provided only after customer approval and acceptance by our company. No assumption should be made that anything not specifically defined is included. The Work is located in Smithfield, NC at the 210 WWTF site which is located adjacent to the Johnston County Landfill (680 County Home Road, Smithfield NC 27577). The Work consists of the following: 1. New mixer in preliminary effluent distribution box 2. New BNR basins with fine bubble diffusers, mixers, nitrified recycle pumps, waste activated sludge pumps, and process drain pumps 3. New blowers in blower building 4. New chemical feed pumps 5. New disk filters 6. New pump in effluent pump station 7. New RCW ground storage tank 8. New RCW pump station with electrical room 9. New RCW drain pump station Question Deadline 06/20/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. To receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least seven days prior to the date for the opening of Bids Deadline for questions has been moved to June 24, 2024 at 5:00 pm.
