Please note that, upon issuance of the IFB, a pre-bid meeting will also be held, which will provide firms with another opportunity to ask questions. This upcoming IFB will include the following: 1. Rehabilitation of existing sewer mains via Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) method a. Approximately 550 LF of 8-inch b. Approximately 96 LF of 6-inch 2. Abandonment of approximately 130 LF of 8-inch sewer main in place 3. Point Repairs a. Seven (7) potential point repairs needed prior to CIPP b. Installation of dead-end cleanout 4. Open Cut Work a. Approximately 392 LF of 8-inch PVC sewer main via open cut installation and new manhole installation along Sheraton Dr. (ROW/Pavement). 5. Service Lateral Reconnection via Remote Device and Open Cut 6. Existing manhole adjustment and rehabilitation 7. Bypass for small diameter sewer 8. Concrete driveway protection and restoration 9.
