Description

Remodeling of a medical facility in Terrell Hills, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade medical facility.

Robins & Morton (CMAR) is soliciting bids for the Terrell State Hospital Bid Package #4d Project. Bids are requested from the following trades: Interior/Exterior Paint & Wallcoverings, Signage, and Parking Control Equipment. 'Historically Underutilized', 'Small and Disadvantaged Business', 'Minority Business Enterprises,' and 'Women Business Enterprises' (HUB certified) and all other qualified bidders are encouraged to participate. Plans and specifications will be available on/about October 7, 2025. Interested parties should email tom.thibeaux@robinsmorton.com for access to the electronic bid documents and to receive the meeting link to the virtual Pre-Bid Conference to be held on a TBD date in October. If interested in a site walk, contact Tom Thibeaux to coordinate site access. Bids are due on October 23, 2025 at 2:00pm CT.
