Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Saratoga Springs, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 22,600-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Scope of Work: 1. Properly abrade and clean the 22,600 square feet of the Gymnasium Floor , Racquetball Court/Hallway hardwood floors 2. Apply two (2) coats of Bona high Solid 350 VOC ( zero omissions) oil modified urethane or equal to ( provide MSDS) to the Gymnasium Floor , Racquetball Court/Hallway. 3. Vendor must submit safety plan to manage fumes if there are any 4. Provide time line of application and curing/refinishing Vendor pricing should include all materials necessary to complete the scope of work and labor that is compliant with prevailing wage #2023003532. The vendor must comply with prevailing wage.
