Engineer firm information and a firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Midway City Council has been approved for and continues to apply for funding for the Septic to Sewer Project through various Non-Federal and Federal Programs through the Federal Emergency Management Agency, US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Federal Highway Administration, United States Department of Agriculture, and various other Federal Agencies, as well as State grants. The City Council is interested in procuring the services of a consultant to assist with the recently awarded Midway Septic to Sewer Project. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
