Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
The scope of the project consists of Runway 18-36 pavement rehabilitation, reconstruction of bothblast pads, RSA and ROFA grade corrections, minor runway edge lighting configuration, minor drainage installation and application of pavement markings. Questions regarding the projects must be submitted in writing via email to: Sue Finney at sfinney@avconinc.com. The last day for questions will be Thursday, May 30th, 2024 at the close of business. The undersigned prime contractor, if not a certified DBE, hereby assures that they will make sufficient and reasonable efforts to meet the DBE goals, that they will subcontract 10.00 percent of the dollar value of the prime contract to DBE firms Notices to Proceed for the project will be issued upon completion of all preconstruction activities and permitting. Contract time from NTP is 132 calendar days plus 30 Days for Punchlist and Closeout A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid must be submitted with the proposal. A Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in sum equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract awarded, will be required prior to execution of contract.
