Geotechnical Reconstruction of Bruce Road 1 Question Deadline 05/31/2024 at 4:30 PM ET Question will be received through electronically. All inquiries relative to this RFT shall be directed to: Main Contact: Jennifer Smith Purchasing Manager County of Bruce - Corporate Services jasmith@brucecounty.on.ca Scope of Work The work includes all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the rehabilitation of Bruce Road 1 in accordance with this contract and all applicable specifications Work Schedule The Contract shall be completed no later than October 25, 2024. No winter carryover will be allowed. The successful Contractor will be required to submit a schedule prior to signing the Agreement which will indicate clearly the proposed commencement date and number of days to complete the work. The County reserves the right to alter such schedule should it be deemed necessary. Request for extensions of time must be addressed to the County in writing, The County at its discretion, will allow for such extensions if warranted. The County will be the sole judge of providing an extension. Non-Award. Tender has been cancelled. If/when the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
