This Request for Tender (the "RFT") is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville ("the Counties") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Waterton Culvert Replacement, as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFT PARTICULARS (the Deliverables) of the tender document. The Counties is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor for the replacement of a culvert on County Road 2 near Waterton, Ontario. The site is located west of Waterton and approximately two (2) kilometres east of Blue Mountain Road. The approximate limits can be seen in Figure 1, where County Road 2 is a two-lane paved roadway with granular shoulders and acts as an MTO Emergency Detour Route.
