Renovation of a municipal facility in Salisbury, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE: The proposed project is located at City Office Building 132 N Main St. Salisbury, NC 28144. The project includes the repair and restoration of all non-storefront windows within the City Office Building, except the front facing aluminum clad windows which will be replaced. BID BOND: A bid bond of 5% will be required for this project and should be submitted in a separate envelope. PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BOND: A Performance Bond and Payment Bond will be required for the full amount of this project within ten (10) days after award. QUESTIONS: Questions regarding the specifications on this bid should be referred to Jacob Horne at jacob.horne@salisburync.gov by Wednesday 8/7/2024 at 2:00 PM. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
