Renovation of an educational facility in Westford, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The winning bidder shall provide new control systems to operate the existing boiler system with a color touchscreen monitor. All safeties, limit switches, and manual and automatic reset aquastats shall be replaced with new ones. Install boiler water temperature transducer and boiler stack temperature transduce. Fuel delivery, Combustion fan, and draft fan shall be fully modulating based on heat demand and O2 in the exhaust. The winning bidder shall commission the new controls and provide training for our personnel, operating instructions, and electrical drawings.
