The Engineer's Estimate for This Project is $250,000. This Project is for Public Work and is Subject to Ors 279c.800 to 279c.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. All Bids Must Be Submitted on the Forms Furnished by the City of Gresham, Mailed or Delivered in a Sealed Envelope Plainly Marked "Sealed Bid for Ne Palmblad Drive Storm Extension" and Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid. The City of Gresham Requires All Contractors to Comply With Equal Opportunity Policies.
