Moores Creek Road Reconstruction. Bidder shall provide cost to reconstruct 1,300 linear feet of Moores Creek Road, including all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and maintenance of traffic. Only bids from those Contractors who are registered on the Indiana Department of Transportation's current listing of Prequalified Contractors for this type of work included in this project will be considered. Any bid received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids transmitted by facsimile machine or email will not be accepted. All Bids must be accompanied by (1) certified check, or (2) a bid bond payable to the Monroe County Treasurer, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The certified checks and bonds of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned to them upon award of the contract to the successful bidder. All bids must include Contractor's Bid for Public Work - Form 96. All out-of-state corporations must have a certificate of authority to do business in the State.
