Pricing shall include delivery F.O.B. DFW International Airport, 3122 East 30th Street (Central Warehouse), DFW Airport, Texas 75261. Suppliers must be prepared, if requested by the Airport Board, to fully demonstrate that the proposed products are equivalent to the referenced products and capable of achieving the desired results. Such demonstration(s) shall be made solely at the Supplier's expense in a manner best representative of the requirements to be met, and at a schedule convenient to the Airport Board. B. The SUMP PUMP shall be a new, current model. C. Any quantity stated herein is an estimated quantity. The Airport Board reserves the right to purchase more or less than the estimated quantity of any or all the items listed in the Request for Quote as it deems to be in its best interest. D. The Board intends to award a purchase order(s) to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder(s). The Board reserves the right to split the award and issue multiple purchase orders that is in the Boards best interest. E. Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (attached) shall apply to any Purchase Order placed as a result of this Request for Quote. F. Quotes shall be valid for 60 days. SPECIFICATIONS A. Replace 3-inch submersible drainage pump located in utility tunnel. B. Pumps are used to remove water from utility tunnel. C. Pump Description: 3" Submersible drainage pump. 460 Volts 3 phases/ 60 Hz 3.5 HP, 3 550 RPM motor, 228 impellers 1 x 50 Ft. length of SUBCAB 14AWG 4 submersible cables Standard lining DELIVERY A. The SUMP PUMP furnished under this Quote shall be delivered to: Energy Plaza 2375 North International Parkway DFW Airport TX 75261 B. Delivery must be accomplished during the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday (excluding Airport Board-observed holidays). C. All prices quoted will be F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed. WARRANTY A. The SUMP PUMP offered shall be fully warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the full period customarily extended to governmental organizations.
