This project includes the resurfacing and restriping of two basketball courts at Greer Park, located at 1098 Amarillo Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94303. This project also includes the removal of four (4) existing basketball posts, asphalt patch repair, and installation of four (4) new basketball posts. For all Bids greater than $25,000, Bidders shall submit a Bid security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the Bid including all Bid Alternates Performance Surety Bond, and Payment Surety Bond. Both bonds shall be in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum, and in accordance with requirements contained in the General Conditions of this IFB. The City reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any alternate proposals that do not meet the specifications.
