Metro, acting by and through the appointed Metropolitan Exposition Recreation Commission (MERC), is inviting bids for Fire Sprinkler, Repair and Maintenance Services for the Oregon Convention Center. The contract contemplated consists of: Performing annual testing and inspection of the wet and dry sprinkler systems, fire hose cabinet connections, and fire pump test at OCC in accordance with the NFPA-25 and City of Portland fire codes. Perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, upgrades required to keep OCC in accordance with the NFPA and City of Portland fire codes for these systems. Provide modifications, repairs, additions and related work as requested by OCC.
