Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Lowe Avenue will be improved from Lowery Boulevard to Franklin Street to include on street parking, decorative streetlighting, multi-use path, landscaping and hardscaping. An Option will be to improve portions of Davis Circle and Pelham Avenue from the Monroe Street traffic circle to St Clair Avenue. This project will include on street parking, sidewalks, landscaping, and decorative lighting. If awarded, the Option will include a delayed notice to proceed. Each bid shall be accompanied by an original signed, dated and sealed Bid Bond in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total shown on the schedule of prices, but not exceeding $10,000.00.
