Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Burns, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Renovate Bathhouse's 1&3, replace Bathhouse 2. Renovate existing check-in building into laundry facility. New check-in/camp store building. Renovate and relocate utilities at specified campsites. Bids are invited for a General Contract for the Work of the above project.
