Reference Number 0000352947 The Office for the Aging (OFA) is implementing a Ramp Installation Services Program using targeted home and community-based services funding. This funding allows for certain services which maintain or promote the independence of older adults who meet eligibility criteria. These services include, but are not limited to, removal of physical barriers (such as providing ramps, grab bars, etc.) and wraparound services such as purchasing/renting, maintaining and repair of appliances. NOTE: These services are provided only when no other funding source/program is available.
