Scope of Work: 1. Repair the driveway indicated as Type 1 in the attached drawing; Remove full thickness of the asphalt (and asphalt millings) from the surface, compact and proof roll the surface and replace any soft areas. Paint the lines. 2. Repair the driveway indicated as Type 2 in the attached drawing; complete spot patching and crack seal maintenance. Spot patching is to be completed by milling out 50 mm and then repaving 50 mm, using type B hot mix asphalt. Paint the lines. 3. Repair the driveway indicated as Type 3 in the attached drawing; full-depth asphalt is to be removed, proof roll, and repaved with 125 mm of new asphalt 75 mm of Type A Base, and 50 mm of Type B seal. Paint the lines. 4. Repair the driveway indicated as Type 4 in the attached drawing; mill 50 mm asphalt and pave 50 mm of Type B seal. Paint the lines. 5. Repair concrete curbs indicated in the attached drawing. 6. Reinstate any grassed area disturbed during work.
