This contract provides for the improvement of approximately 900 linear feet (lf) stormwater conveyance system pipe replacement within the roadway and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Question Deadline 05/27/2024 at 1:00 PM PT All question submit through electronically Description of Work: The successful bidder will be responsible for the construction of a drainage retrofit and other work, Project, D236. Work shall be completed in 30 working days following the Notice to Proceed and material procurement period. The onsite Construction window is expected to be between August 2024 through September 2024. This contract provides for the improvement of approximately 900 linear feet (lf) stormwater conveyance system pipe replacement within the roadway and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Pierce County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, gender, sex, religion, and sexual orientation in consideration for an award.
