Abatement, Demolition and Site Restoration of the building located at 26826 West Main Street Edwardsburg, MI 49112. The scope of work involves the abatement, demolition of the commercial structure and site restoration, the work includes the following: mobilization, demobilization, and administration; hazardous materials abatement (removal and proper disposal of asbestos containing material, universal and household waste; disconnection and abandonment of utilities; demolition and disposal of the commercial building, including the foundations and floor slab; backfill with compacted Class II sand; and place 2-inches of 21 AA crushed limestone (Final elevation to match existing grades).
