New Township Garage with Meeting Room Each Bidder is required to furnish with its Bid Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Bowling Green Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award a contract to the bidder submitting the lowest and best bid. The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the timely and proper construction of the New Township Garage with Meeting Room, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any conclusion or information obtained or derived from such electronic files will be at the user’s sole risk. If there is a discrepancy between the electronic files and the hard copies, the hard copies govern.
