Renovation of a municipal facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scope of both projects relates to work primarily in plumbing, as well as all related work related thereto. The objective of the GOC1783989 project is to replace all the components of the main piping that have reached the end of their useful life. That is, the horizontal and vertical distribution of glycol, condensate, storm and sanitary drainage, heating water, chilled water, sprinklers, drinking water and vents. The GOC1783984 project is presented in two parts: (1) the replacement of the majority of the water heating radiators and the horizontal heating water piping (supply and return) that goes to the main piping (which will be replaced as part of the GOC1783989 project), (2) the replacement of all the piping of the "clean" steam network (for air humidification), also including its extension to the building's lean-to, and the addition of an entire network of "clean" condensate, including the replacement of more tanks associated with the network.
