Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction of a water retention structure in the quadrilateral of Saint-Jacques, Chatham, des Seigneurs and Terrasse Coursol streets under the soccer field of Oscar-Peterson Park. Diversion and regulation pipelines and equipment will be located on Saint-Jacques Street and on community garden grounds at the intersection of Saint-Jacques and Des Seigneurs Streets. TIMELINE: The owner has finalized award of the contract to the professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary planning is underway. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling working drawings are anticipated in late spring/summer 2025, tender for the general contractor being preliminary slated for November/December of the same year.
