Site work and paving for a civil project in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction of a water retention structure in the quadrilateral of Saint-Jacques, Chatham, des Seigneurs and Terrasse Coursol streets under the soccer field of Oscar-Peterson Park. Diversion and regulation pipelines and equipment will be located on Saint-Jacques Street and on community garden grounds at the intersection of Saint-Jacques and Des Seigneurs Streets. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in mid-fall 2024. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling working drawings are anticipated in late spring/summer 2025, tender for the general contractor being preliminary slated for October/November of the same year.
