Renovation of a communication facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
Repair Fire Suppression System and Clock at Aloha Tower. The estimated cost of construction is between$2,500,000and $4,000,000. The Contractor shall file and pay for the performance and payment bonds according to Section 2.24 of the General Provisions, except that the value of the bonds shall equal one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract basic bid amount plus one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the extra work. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($450.00) for Each and Every Calendar Day Which the Contractor Has Delayed the Completion of This Project. Failure to Upload the Required Proposal Document(S) to Hiepro Shall Be Grounds for Rejection of the Bid. Description S10860 Repair Fire Suppression System and Clock at Aloha Tower, Honolulu, Oahu The scope of work consists of replacing the fire suppression system and clock motor at Aloha Tower, Response to all Questions and Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be issued ONLY by formal Addendum to this Solicitation and posted to HIePRO. [2] Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal document(s) to HIePRO prior to the posted Offer Due Date and Time. Proposals received after said due date and time shall not be considered. Contract Start and End Dates shown in the HIePRO solicitation are estimates. The exact dates shall be provided by written notice from the Harbors Construction Engineer.
